Cancellations & Rescheduling

Make Your Statement, LLC strives to provide high-quality services during the agreed-upon time with every individual or team. To keep Make Your Statement, LLC on track and best serve its clients, an appointment cancellation and rescheduling policy has been implemented. Your consideration is greatly appreciated.

 

Make Your Statement, LLC understands things happen that may cause shifts in your schedule. If you find it necessary to cancel or reschedule your scheduled appointment, it is required that you let Make Your Statement, LLC know at least 48 hours’ in advance of your scheduled appointment to avoid cancellation/rescheduling fees. Exceptions to this policy will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy for Individual Sessions

Session appointment cancellation/rescheduling policy will be subject to the following fee(s):

 

Cancellation:

  1. If you cancel your appointment 48 hours’ before your meeting time there is no cancellation fee and you will be refunded 100% of your deposit.

  2. If you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice you will receive a 50% refund of your deposit. 

  3. Make Your Statement, LLC is not responsible for requests that do not go through or arrive later than when they were first sent.

 

Rescheduling:

  1. If you reschedule your appointment 48 hours’ before your scheduled session there is no rescheduling fee.

  2. If you reschedule your appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice you will be charged a $15 rescheduling fee. Your final adjusted balance will be due immediately upon rescheduling.

  3. If the rescheduling fee is still unpaid 24 hours before the rescheduled appointment, a 25% refund of the original deposit will be issued, and the rescheduled appointment will be canceled.

  4. Make Your Statement, LLC is not responsible for requests that do not go through or arrive later than when they were first sent.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy for Multi-Hour Sessions or Workshops

Multi-Hour Workshops canceled or rescheduled will be subject to the following policy and fee(s):

 

Cancellation: 

  1. If you cancel your workshop 72 hours before the workshop is scheduled to begin there is no cancellation fee.

  2. If you cancel your workshop with less than 72 hours’ notice before your workshop is scheduled to begin you will receive a 50% refund of your deposit.

  3. Make Your Statement, LLC is not responsible for requests that do not go through or arrive later than when they were first sent.

 

Rescheduling:

  1. If you reschedule your workshop 72 hours before your scheduled workshop begins there is no rescheduling fee.

  2. If you reschedule your workshop with less than 72 hours’ notice before your workshop is scheduled to begin you will be charged 30% of your original deposit as a rescheduling fee. Your final adjusted balance will be due immediately upon rescheduling.

  3. If the rescheduling fee is still unpaid 24 hours before the rescheduled workshop is scheduled to begin, a 15% refund of your deposit will be issued, and the rescheduled workshop will be canceled.

  4. Make Your Statement, LLC is not responsible for requests that do not go through or arrive later than when they were first sent.

No-Show Policy

  1. A “no-show” is someone who misses a scheduled appointment without canceling or rescheduling 48 hours in advance of their scheduled appointment. 

  2. “No-shows” will not be given a refund for any reason, including, but not limited to, technical difficulty or user error.

  3. Deposits from sessions that were "no-shows" cannot be used in place of or toward future or rescheduled sessions.

Late Arrival Policy

  1. If you arrive 5-10 minutes late, your appointment time will be reduced by the amount of time you were late to accommodate the next client’s scheduled appointment.

  2. If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, the appointment will be considered a "no-show" and no refund will be given.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Procedure

To cancel or reschedule appointments there are several options:

  1. Email Kendra Kingsbury at MakeYourStatementLLC@gmail.com. Please allow up to 12-24 hours for a return email. Please leave a detailed message and a contact number if canceling or rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice.

  2. Call or text 773.234.4131. This number often goes to voicemail so please allow up to 12-24 hours for a return call. Please leave a detailed message and a contact number if canceling or rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice.

  3. Cancellations or rescheduling for Monday appointments must be canceled or rescheduled by 2:00 PM the previous Friday or be subject to cancellation/rescheduling fees listed above.

  4. No refunds will be given for any missed sessions for any reason, including, but not limited to, technical difficulty or user error.
